We’ve got two big updates in the works that will make your experience smoother, faster, and more reliable. Let’s dive in 🚀
💵 1. Mileage Payouts Will Soon Be Automated
No more manual tracking or submitting kilometers at the end of the month 🙌.
Here’s what’s coming:
Automatic Mileage Tracking → The system will calculate your travel distances using your home address, client addresses, and schedules.
Built-in Compensation → Mileage will be automatically applied from the month of October, 2025. Please manually track it as you do today for September 2025.
🚗 Home → First customer: first 15 km not covered, anything beyond is compensated at $0.30/km.
👨👩👧 Between customers: full distance covered at $0.30/km.
🏠 Last customer → Home: first 15 km not covered, anything beyond is compensated at $0.30/km.
Mileage Dashboard → You’ll be able to log in and review your daily, weekly, or monthly mileage + payouts anytime.
Monthly Reports → At the end of each month, you’ll get a summary of mileage compensation added directly to your payouts.
👉 What this means for you: less paperwork, faster payouts, and full transparency on how mileage is calculated.
🔔 2. New Notification Center (Bell Icon)
Right now, booking requests come by SMS — but texts can get delayed or missed. To fix that, we’re adding a notification center inside your platform.
Here’s how it will work:
Bell Icon → You’ll see a notification bell on your dashboard. If there are pending requests, it will show a red badge with the number of new notifications.
Booking Requests in One Place → Click the bell to see:
Customer name
Date & time of request
Location
Meal details
Buttons to Accept or Reject instantly
Stay Synced with SMS → You’ll still get texts, but the notification center will be the main source of truth.
Real-Time Updates → Requests will show up instantly without refreshing the page.
