How do I cancel my upcoming meal prep?
Step 1: Click ‘Next visit’ from the homepage
On the homepage, select the ‘Next Visit’ button
Step 2: From Chef Visit page, click options
Under ‘Upcoming Visits’, check for the date of visit and click “options’
Step 3: Click on ‘Cancel Visit’
Once clicking on options, there will be two options, click “Cancel Visit” to cancel the upcoming meal prep.
Step 4: Confirm request.
Review cancellation policy, date and click on “Cancel Visit”
