How do I change the amount of recipes and servings?

To change recipes and servings: 

  1. Click ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to change. 

  3. On the right-hand side, select ‘Change’ under booking details. 

  4. Click on the meal prep date you would like to change (you can select one meal prep date or all upcoming meal prep dates). From there you can adjust the recipes, servings and grocery add-on.

How do I pause my upcoming meal preps?

To pause your booking:

  1. Click ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to pause. 

  3. Click on ‘Pause’ on the side menu bar inside booking details.

  4. Choose the date to start the pause.

  5. Choose the date to resume.

  6. Hit ‘Yes’ to successfully pause the booking.

To not be charged, please pause 48 hours before your meal prep date.

How do I cancel my upcoming meal prep?

To cancel your booking:

  1. Click on ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to cancel. 

  3. On the right-hand side, select ‘Add/Cancel booking’. 

  4. Click on the meal prep date you would like to cancel.

  5. Hit ‘Cancel’ next to the time slot.

To not be charged, please cancel 48 hours before your meal prep date.

How do I resume my meal preps?

To resume your booking:

  1. Click on ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to resume. 

  3. Click on ‘Resume’ on the side menu bar inside booking details. 

  4. Select the date to resume.

  5. Select the time slot that works best for you.

  6. Hit ‘Save’ to successfully resume the booking.

How do I make additional bookings?

To make an additional booking:

  1. Click ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar.

  2. Select the booking you would like to replicate. 

  3. On the right-hand side, select ‘Add/Cancel booking’. 

  4. Click on the date you would like to book and select the time slot that works best for you.

How do I view my grocery list?

To view your grocery list:

  1. Click on ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to view your grocery list for. 

On the right-hand side, select ‘View’ next to the grocery list. You will be able to view your grocery list (organized by each recipe or consolidated across all).

How do I view my grocery invoice?

To view your grocery invoice: 

  1. Click on ‘Bookings’ on the top menu bar. 

  2. Select the booking you would like to view your grocery invoice for. 

On the right-hand side, select ‘Generate invoice’.
