How do I cancel my order (all bookings)?
Step 1: Click ‘Profile’ on the top menu bar.
Once logged in your account, go to the homepage and select the ‘Profile’ tab on the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Select ‘Orders’ from profile page
In the profile page, select ‘Orders’
Step 3: In ‘Orders’ page
You will be redirected to the Orders page. Select the Order which you want to cancel. On click three dots, “Cancel all bookings’
Step 4 : Confirm Cancellation
Click yes, to confirm cancelling your order (all bookings).
Step 5 : Enter Feedback
Choose a feedback option and share what you feel Easy Platter could have done better in the bottom textbox. Click ‘Continue’
Step 6: Confirm cancellation.
Click “Keep cancelling” to confirm cancelling of your order (all bookings).
Step 7: Finalize request.
Your cancellation of your order (all bookings) is now complete. Click continue to leave this screen.
