Earlier this month, we set out to better understand what our customers value most, where we can improve, and where new opportunities for growth might exist. One clear theme stood out: customers deeply appreciate the TIME SAVINGS you provide. They love how you help them reclaim their week while still enjoying delicious, home-cooked meals.

Building on that insight, we reached out to gather your thoughts on potential add-on services that could help customers save even more time, while also creating opportunities for you to earn more. Thank you for being so generous with your time and input. Your feedback has helped us make meaningful decisions, and we’re excited to share the survey results with you.

~70% of customers said they would be very disappointed if Easy Platter no longer existed.

  • Which add-on services you’re most interested in offering

  • Any constraints or concerns you foresee

  • The benefits that matter most to you

We have made some meaningful upgrades this month, all focused on saving you time and helping you deliver an even better experience.

A New All-in-One Chef Visit Page

Customers told us they wanted everything in one place, clearer visit details, easy rescheduling, and a smoother experience.

So we rebuilt the Visit Page from the ground up. Customers can now see, in one clean screen:

  • Upcoming and past visits

  • Assigned chef

  • Selected recipes (with the option to add more)

  • Quick reschedule/cancel options

Fewer last-minute changes, better customer clarity, and smoother visits for you.

🤖Eva Just Got Better - Smarter Guidance for Customers

We have enhanced Eva, Easy Platter’s AI-powered wellness assistant, to help customers choose meals faster and more confidently.

Eva helps customers who want to:

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Lose weight

  • Boost energy

  • Eat cleaner

  • Build healthy habits

By chatting with Eva, customers get:

  • Goal-based meal suggestions

  • Personalized wellness insights

  • Recipe recommendations that align with their lifestyle

Result: Customers know what they want and you walk into visits with clearer direction.

💵 Tip Management — More Flexibility, More Earnings

We’ve added a new Tips section where customers can easily manage their tips based on their visits. They can choose to:

  • Add a tip for a single visit, or

  • Set a tip for all recurring visits

This makes it simpler for customers to leave consistent, generous tips each week.

All tips are added directly to your payouts, and you’ll be able to see a clear breakdown in your payout details.

📅 Weekly Availability Reminders — Stay Updated, Effortlessly

We’re making it easier for you to keep their schedules accurate.

What’s new:

  • Automatic reminders every Thursday at 9 AM via email and SMS

  • Each reminder includes a direct link to update next week’s availability

  • The schedule now supports week-specific links, so the calendar opens to the right week instantly

Result: Fewer missed updates and a smoother booking experience for everyone.
